A. We have been in business for over 25 years.
Q. What time do your crews start to work?
A. We generally work from 8:30 am until 4:30 – 5:00 pm and Saturdays if allowed or necessary 8:30 am – 12:30 pm.
Q. Are you members of the Better Business Bureau?
A. Yes, we have been members since 1997.
Q. Can we supply our own fixtures or tile?
A. Yes, The home owner selects all finished products and Remodeling Consultants will work with you in selecting and purchasing any of these products.
Q. How long does a bathroom remodel take?
A. Generally speaking a bathroom remodel will take approximately two weeks to complete.
Q. How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A. Generally speaking a kitchen will take from three to four weeks depending on the extent of the remodel.
Q. Who is responsible for my project if we sign a contract with you?
A. A qualified foreman supervises and works with the crew on a day to day basis and your sales representative or a supervising owner of Remodeling Consultants monitors your job on a daily basis.
Q. Do you guarantee your work?
A. Yes Remodeling Consultants has a one year warranty on all of its work and there are limited manufacturer's warranties on most products.
Q. What about service after the job is completed?
A. Remodeling Consultants is proud of its service department. All service calls are addressed and taken care of in an expedient manner.
